Thank you for shopping with The Bell Mine! We work hard to get every order processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared and handed off to our shipping carrier.

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 8–12 business days after your order has been processed.

Depending on your location, your order may arrive earlier or later than the estimated delivery window. While we strive to meet these estimates, shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, and peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders sent to an incorrectly entered address are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available) so you can monitor your package's progress.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.

As outlined in our Refund & Return Policy, defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery and must include clear photo or video proof for review.
